Peacocking

Let’s show off our beautiful feathers! If there is one thing I truly love about life is that you can get so lost in your own little world and just dance silly around “like you just don’t care”. Breathing in the freshness and letting your feet flirt with nature’s green feathers are in my opinion the definition of freedom… Running through the tall grass reminds me of when I was too young to really know what happiness is. The sound of my dress flowing through the fields was always followed by innocent giggling. When I brought Toby up to one of my favorite places near my hometown, he said something to me that made my heart melt… I was standing in the grass just reminiscing over my childish joy of feeling my dress playing with the grass when he said, “Renate, I don’t think I have seen you this beautiful before”. I could feel the peacock inside of me shining through, and I just continued ruffling my feathers through the field.

Let’s be honest; we all do ‘peacocking’, though, the expert in this area is of course the real peacock. Gosh, how beautiful this creature is!
Mr. Peacock:
“Ooooh, me hungry”
“Where are you going!? Ey, I don’t do sharing. Bitch!”
“Kiss my ass!”
“Oh yes, I know I’m a stunner!”
“I’m sexy and I know it!”

Best Regards
Renate

Dagens moralpreken:
Like a peacock, your beauty is multiplied when you spread your wings and show the world your stuff! Don’t be afraid to be who you are – each peacock feather is flawed and imperfect, but collectively they create something of great beauty. Your flaws are what make you perfect!
